This delicious cobbler features organic blackberries and blueberries picked from a farm next to chef Sara's home and dried at peak seasonal ripeness. Finished with fresh baked shortbread, an oat crumble and a gently sweet creme anglaise, it's rich, comforting, and not overly sweet.

 

Ingredients

Organic blueberries and blackberries, flour, butter (contains milk solids), organic brown sugar, organic wheat-free oats, organic almonds, heavy cream, organic white sugar, organic vanilla extract, eggs

Meal Preparation

1. Remove oxygen packet
2. Add 8-12 oz of boiling water to bag
3. Stir well and reseal bag
4. Let sit for 2-3 minutes and stir again
5. Enjoy!
