Burrata and ricotta provide a fancy twist on a traditional Mexican staple. While poblanos are typically more mild, the organic peppers we use can sometimes pack a punch.

 

Ingredients

Organic poblano peppers, organic roma tomatoes, organic white onions, organic garlic, organic cilantro, burrata and farmers cheese (contains dairy and milk solids), wheat flour, organic eggs, organic jalapenos, olive oil and salt

Meal Preparation

Just add hot water directly to the bag. Our Mylar bags are certified BPA free, but some people prefer to transfer contents to another bowl, add the hot water and put a tight covering or 3-7 minutes depending on which meal. Stir occasionally, and then DIG IN!
