To some this seems like a chicken soup. It is, but we take such care when building this recipe. The bone-in chicken breast is marinated and then slow roasted, we let it cool a bit and shred in large chunks to add to the soup base. The soup base is simmered chicken stock. organic tomatillos, organic onions, organic poblano peppers roasted and cut into rajas (or strips), then we add hominy and fresh organic corn. The pouch includes toasted organic corn tortilla strips and avocado to round out the meal. the chips are packaged separately so you can have some crunch.

Just add hot water directly to the bag. Our Mylar bags are certified BPA free, but some people prefer to transfer contents to another bowl, add the hot water and put a tight covering or 3-7 minutes depending on which meal. Stir occasionally, and then DIG IN!
