This creative and oh so tasty meal is one of our favorites. We roast and peel organic poblano peppers (each bag has at least two peppers in it) then lightly batter with egg whites and a dust of flour, then bake until golden. An herb/onion mix is added to the top of the Buratta cheese before freeze drying. Any type of chile will vary in heat (spiciness) if you are spice adverse this may not be your best meal choice. Poblano chiles are generally less spicy than the smaller chilies, but for some reason organic ones have more of everything!

These bags are best reheated, by turning upside down in the sealed bag after letting sit for 3 minutes

Ingredients

Organic poblano peppers, organic roma tomatoes, organic white onions, organic garlic, organic cilantro, burrata and farmers cheese (contains dairy and milk solids), wheat flour, organic eggs, organic jalapenos, olive oil and salt

Meal Preparation

Just add hot water directly to the bag. Our Mylar bags are certified BPA free, but some people prefer to transfer contents to another bowl, add the hot water and put a tight covering or 3-7 minutes depending on which meal. Stir occasionally, and then DIG IN!
