Duck Leg Confit with Organic White Bean Cassoulet
The Muscovy duck legs are slow roasted in duck fat (traditional confit style) then we add then to a savory organic white Northern beans. This big pot of love is simmered with chicken stock, grilled garlic Hungarian sausage, bacon, white wine and thyme. Then into the freeze dryer, on the way to making it into your belly. We also toast brioche bread crumbs in butter and garlic and put a separate pack inside your meal bag. Sprinkle on top after rehydrated, or save to the side and enjoy a gluten free dinner.

Just add hot water directly to the bag. Our Mylar bags are certified BPA free, but some people prefer to transfer contents to another bowl, add the hot water and put a tight covering or 3-7 minutes depending on which meal. Stir occasionally, and then DIG IN!
