Our most elevated take on stroganoff, made with 3-4 ounces oof tender filet mignon folded into a rich, creamy mushroom sauce with shitake and creminis. Served over non-GMO imported egg noodles, with a parmesan pack on the side for finishing. 

 

 

Ingredients

Organic Cremini and Shiitake mushrooms, organic sour cream, organic beef stock (onions, leeks, tomatoes, carrots, celery), organic egg noodles (contains wheat, eggs), RBST-free butter (contains milk solids), fresh organic thyme, Pinot Grigio white wine and grass fed filet mignon beef

Meal Preparation

1. Remove oxygen packet
2. Add 8 oz of boiling water to bag
3. Stir well and reseal bag
4. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and stir again
5. Enjoy!
