Brioche French Toast with rhubarb and strawberries
We have collaborated with our favorite local bakery Noisette, here in Eugene Oregon. Using their light and airy brioche pull apart bread we bake a cinnamon french toast with organic eggs and Umpqua dairy heavy cream. The french toast isn't sweetened, but the organic rhubarb compote is tangy and slightly sweet, add just natural organic strawberries and a side of organic maple syrup.

Just add hot water directly to the bag. Our Mylar bags are certified BPA free, but some people prefer to transfer contents to another bowl, add the hot water and put a tight covering or 3-7 minutes depending on which meal. Stir occasionally, and then DIG IN!
